Meals ~ January 6-8

Friday
Breakfast:
English Muffin sandwiches: buttered and toasted English muffins sandwiched with fried eggs & bacon
Orange Juice

Lunch:
Choice of peanut butter & jelly or leftover soup

Dinner:
Baked Salmon served over brown basmati rice with steamed mixed vegetables

Saturday
Breakfast:
Rice Pudding (using leftover rice from the previous night)

Lunch:
Frito Chili Pie 
We really loved that recipe-it's very similar to my regular chili recipe-the flavor is great, and it's nice and thick. I added more salt, even though the Fritos added some saltiness. We barely had even a cup leftover!

Dinner:
Assorted Leftovers

Sunday
Breakfast:
Cold cereal, donut holes, fresh pineapple

Lunch:
Baked Potatoes, Loaded Veggie Green Salad

Dinner:
Fish Sticks (our favorite!), Leftover Salad
