Friday's Menu

Breakfast: 
Leftover pancakes from a recent pancake making marathon (more on that later) and oven apple oatmeal (delicious-even to me, a long-time hot oatmeal hater!)

Lunch: 
Gnocchi with Italian pasta sauce and a few bits of leftover meat, sprinkled with parmesan cheese

Dinner: 
Unstuffed Cabbage
