About this Blog

I used to journal quite frequently; I have 8 volumes from my teenage years and a few more unfinished. The key phrase there is "used to"! Unfortunately I've gotten quite neglectful of them.
Blogging has opened up a new world for me-and not living near my sisters, it provides a fun way for me to give them a glimpse of daily life around here. So welcome!

About this Blog title

I chose to title this blog, "Song in My Heart", because it reminds me of Psalm 13:6 which states:

"I will sing to the Lord, for He has been good to me."
And:

"Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life." (Prov.4:23)

"For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks." (Mat. 12:34)

"Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord..." (Eph. 5:19)
